Good sound features need tweaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the buds pro while I work out and play basketball. They don't always stay in the ear while doing certain moves such as squats and push-ups. The noise canceling doesn't seem to do much but the sound is still good but you can still hear everything around you. The touch sensitivity can be weird at times. Sometimes my hair is able to press pause but then sometimes my fingers can't even make it play.
The battery life on it is great. I can go maybe a whole week before needed to charge and they haven't died on me yet.

We would love nothing more than to help you enhance your enjoyment while using your buds and troubleshoot your difficulties. With regards to the fit, if you have tried using the additional ear tips included in the package, we do have conform foam ear tips available on our website that may help you get a more secure fit that is better for those workout times. You can always turn off the touch settings if you are finding them to be more frustrating than helpful. This can be done in the Samsung Wearables App. There are three different sound options that you can explore with regards to the noise. The ANC features should block out the majority of the noise around you. The off setting will let through some noise but only what could come through around the buds. The ambient sound feature will allow you to hear everything going on around you for safety or preference. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been away with samsung for 3 years now that I am back with it, I have no regrets especially with the galaxy buds pro 2 I am enjoying every music I listened too, with the features of noise canceling, ambient sound and my favorite part long lasting battery life I would really recomend this product to friends and family It's so comfy and you get what you pay for.

Great sound but they tend to fall out

The call sound is always perfect. But they tend to fall out of my ears and I've tried using the different size rubber pieces to no avail.

Excellent noise cancellation

The noise cancellation is truly impressive, and my voice comes through the mic crystal clear. I prefer earphones for music and headsets for meetings, but bought these earbuds on a whim. I don't regret having bought them! Now I don't have to bring 2 separate items for my audio needs!

The features they get are amazing like having directional audio to help me keep work purely at my desk and my desk alone. Ambient sound is super good better than any other headphones I've used. And not to mention my bora purple ones look amazing
