Good product but needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually keep my ear buds in most of the day. Whether I am just listening to music while working or doing errands, having phone conversations, taking meetings from my phone or just needs some noise cancelling quietness.
The buds produce good sound and range, and get loud enough to hurt. The problem is comfort, which seems important for this product. Long term wear can be painful, there is a microphone screen on the inside of the bud that butts right up against your ear. Whith long term wear this screen rubs and irrates my ear. I really wish the buds went deeper in my ear, half the time they feel like they are just barely hanging into my ear.

Top choice from Samsung, can not complain

Great for working in physically demanding jobs as well as for Bluetooth conversations.
Battery seems to last throughout a whole work day.
Made with better ear comfort and more form fitting compared to Samsung's previously made Bud's

This product is the best that I've ever had!
