Really good buds

Without knowing what ear tips you purchased for that fit, we do have available on our website conform foam tips that are compatible with this device for a more secure fit. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these earbuds because I wanted something smaller than I currently had with the Bose quiet comfort earbuds. I absolutely love these, they are very comfortable. They fit in my ear perfectly. Which has always been a problem in the past with my earshape for some reason. They are wonderful, the bass is awesome. You don't have to have them turned up very loud to really get how good they are. I bought these as a treat for myself from my birthday and I'm glad that I did.

Great sound balance, but not perfect as a whole

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I would give them a 7.5 out of 10. Their best features are the comfortable design, good call quality and connection strength. I've walked about. 1 miles away from my phone and still held connection to my phone. I can have them in my ears for hours and have no issue with comfort. They almost disappear in your ears as far as feel goes. The sound is very impressive for such a small bud, absolutely no complaints in that department. The bass is anything could be improved on.
For the improvements, I think transitioning into foam tips would greatly improve the noise cancelling abilities of the device. Somehow if we can get the passive noise suppression to be improved, that'll have a huge impact on the performance in that category. Ambient sound is great as is. The battery life being 5hr(at best) leaves a lot to be desired. I've owned several galaxy buds since their introduction to the market. And if somehow we can get the battery life to contest that of the don't xm5... it'll be game changing. As Samsung, you have to pump out the best quality you can possible, even if it costs a bit more. People would rather pay more now for a quality product than continue buying year after year for minor improvements. The technology is out there. Let's make the most of it 👏🏾
