Noise canceling is the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in a loud manufacturing plant making parts from metal, so the acrive noise canceling is a hudge plus. Also with the background noise function if anyone come to me i can still hear them and my music with the loud noises coving up voices.

great but less comfortable

the pro do have a lot of great features and is really customizable, however it is less comfortable than the buds 2 (that are the most comfortable for long term wear or exercise). I've tried the different ear pieces that come with it, but perhaps the shape of the buds 2 pro is less compatible with my ear shape than it's predecessors

Fantastic, but do have minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They usually work fantastic. Especially all the touch controls, noise canceling, and 360 sound. The only issue I ever have is with the right earbud. Ocassionally it stops beeping when touched and the only way to get it to work again is to reset the buds and reconnect them. This only ever happens to the right earbud, never the left.

Great Earbuds for the Price

There's a setting where if it detects your voice, it automatically turns on ambient mode so you can have a conversation then it goes back to ANC when you're done talking. The sound quality is amazing as well. Fairly balanced as well.

Love the sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Galaxy Buds Pro2, my only real complaint is battery life. My older Galaxy Buds lasted for hours but the battery life has been greatly reduced with these, otherwise the perfect ear buds for me with a comfortable fit and amazing sound.
