User Interface failed, Samsung did NOT honor factory warranty. Phone is only 4 months old!

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Z Flip6. We’re hate to hear that you're encountering difficulties with the user interface. To help resolve this, we recommend starting by resetting the app preferences. You can do this by going to Settings, tapping on Apps, and selecting More options (⁝). From there, choose "Reset app preferences." This won’t affect your app data but will reset notification settings and default apps, which may enhance your experience. If that doesn’t bring about the desired results, we suggest resetting the One UI Home Launcher. Go to Settings, tap on Apps, find One UI Home, and select Storage. From there, you can clear the cache and data. This will reset the launcher to its original settings, so please keep in mind that your Home screen layout and settings will return to default, but your app data will remain intact. To ensure a seamless experience moving forward, we encourage you to keep your One UI Home Launcher updated. You can easily do this via the Play Store or the Galaxy Store. Just open the respective store, select your profile icon, and manage your apps to check for updates. We hope this helps enhance your experience with the Galaxy Z Flip6! Z flip 6 poor quality inside

Lasted 6 months,July 24 2024 to Feb 01 2025, touch screen stopped responding. Looks like brand new, not a single scratch or water damage, but now have to use small screen to receive calls and check messages, cannot unlock main screen as touch does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Save your money for a company with integrity

I bought this device less than 5 months ago and the screen is already black and dead, i would have the device folded and the screen would freeze and rainbow. It's almost comical how they revoke your warranty if there is ANY damage present. I bought a samsung branded case for the device which is even more ridiculous. It had no covering for the hinge which obviously got scratched here and there, but the rest of my device is literally spotless. Even the inner screen, that i have a problem with, is completely damage free. So how am i at fault for samsungs own faulty design? I had a flip 3 before this and had it for several years before i had issues, they seem to be making products that break very easily and then when time comes for you to get them replaced thinking you are covered, you have NO coverage. I'm still paying off the phone itself and they want me to pay another 350 ontop of the money i already spent for the phone. Its incredibly infuriating because the damage on the phone is literally scartches, no dents. Need I remind you this is a 1000 dollar phone! It should hold up better than this. Im truly at a loss with this because i love these phones but the company policy is bordering on theft.

Perfect phone for both carrying in your pocket andbeautiful fullsize screen. My second zip Samsung. Only drawback I had with my zip 4 was the hinge, which is supposed to last 200,000 cycles only lasted 2+ years. They gave great trade in however.
