Fragile screen, but fantastic phone

I replace them every year, which has become less and less necessary as the durability improves, but I have a feeling that the flip 7 will truly be the one that finally lasts many years of use.

Smaller pocket profile & upgrades over flip 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up with this as a samsung care replacement and the upgrades over my flip 5, especially the camera, are great.
I'm all in on Samsung with a watch, TVs, tablets, speakers and more so it is nice to be able to easily connect.
They have also made setting up your new phone very convenient.

Fits perfect in purse and pocket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Fold 5 and upgraded to Fold 6 as soon as it came out and love them both. Very convenient to fit anywhere in pocket and or purse. Very easy to use and fast! Hopefully the Fold 7 will be better. Great buy❤️

When Opening Main Screen Doesn't Always Come On

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the phone a few months now. The front screen, when folded, 8s always functional. The main screen doesn't always come on and I have to constantly open and close the phone to try and get the screen to come on. I made the mistake of using Samsung Care+ instead of my carrier which makes it almost impossible to get anything fixed.

Thank you for the opportunity to connect with you regarding your experience with the Galaxy Z Flip6. We understand that having your screen respond promptly is expected, and it can be frustrating when your device does not perform as you would like. In this case, it may be best to reboot your device.
To reboot your device, the method may vary depending on your model:
- **Devices with a Power button:** Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds.
- **Devices with a Side button:** Press and hold the Volume Down and Side buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
The Power menu may appear; however, continue pressing the buttons until the Samsung logo appears. Then, select "Normal Boot." Your device should start up normally. If the Maintenance mode screen appears, use the Volume buttons to navigate through the options, and press the Power button or Side button to select "Normal Boot."
As a Z Series device owner, you benefit from Galaxy Z Assurance, which includes free screen protector replacement and discounts on screen repairs if needed. Additionally, if you would like to have your phone examined, we have partnered with uBreakiFix as an authorized repair location for our Samsung customers. With exceptionally smooth graphics and a friendly user interface. The build quality is phenomenal as well. You could never tell it folds until you see it in action. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is great. The features are amazing on the phone, and I love that I get to personalize it. The way I want. A lot of people are concerned about the the flip crease, but it's honestly not even noticeable. And I love flipping my phone up-and-down, and it doesn't seem to have any wear or tear on it. I've had it since october 2024 and i'm honestly glad I switched back to samsung. The graphics and photos are great, and also the playback on movies is very clear. Especially when sending and receiving videos.
