Great phone, great new features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had every version of this phone since the 3. I have been so happy with the performance updates and new features that come out with every new model. The battery life has finally reached a level where I personally don't need to charge all day. The screen on the front is so useful for my every day life and I just overall enjoy my phone to pieces. I can't wait for the next model to come out and I can see what new features the flip 7 will bring.

Hinge is too fragile

Unfortunately, the hinge is too fragile on this phone. I got this phone at the beginning of December and the inner screen no longer reliably turns on. It took it in for service and they said because there was an imperfection on the hinge from it being dropped that the repair wouldn't be under warranty. Truly, this phone has only had normal wear and tear and it's a problem if normal use can make it stop functioning so quickly.
This experience is extremely disappointing because I really liked this phone. It's small enough it easily fits into every pocket and the outer screen is amazingly functional with the Multi Star Good Lock addition. This would be a great phone if the hinge wasn't so fragile.

The compact size is perfect for my pocket, and flipping it open and closed is surprisingly satisfying. The performance has been great so far, and I'm enjoying exploring all the new features. It's such a fun and refreshing change from my old phone. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something different.

It's an ok phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly bought this phone for the closing aspect. After a few months of usage, it got annoying to close it and open it. Hinges work great and crease isn't noticeable. Phone tends to heat up when you play games. Seamless actions across apps is cool.
