This is a great phone without a doubt best phone I've ever brought. Size and build is perfect size. Screen is great, super bright even in direct sunlight. Runs great very responsive and quick. It also has a great battery life. Only thing I wish is that it was magsafe compatible without the use of a magsafe compatible case. That way I could use my magsafe products and still use any case I want. Hope yall add this feature in future phones.

We upgraded from S10es. A lot was familiar, but then again, a lot has changed. It's definitely faster, and battery usage is certainly better. The display is clearer, and more vivid. Moving our apps and data over went well, except some useful information didn't move with a few of the apps. Facial recognition still doesn't work for me, but fingerprint does, thank heaven. My favorite puzzle app doesn't work at all! We're inveterate DIYers and pretty savvy seniors - 77 & 80 - but better documentation for getting up and up and running would have helped a lot, and a guideline for some of things that have changed over the past few years would be most helpful.

I have only had the S24+ for just about two weeks, the phone takes a bit getting use to coming from an S10. The swipe controls changed, and that took some time getting use to, but is not a bad thing over all in my eyes. However, there is one big downside to me and that's the vibration motor.
The vibration motor is so weak that I miss calls while my phone is on my desk next to me, the alarms wouldn't even wake up a new born with how quiet it is. I honestly use my S10 as my alarm clock now because it's just so much stronger. It is such an issue that I take off 2 stars for that alone as I'm not one to always be on my phone, so I have missed calls or text more than I ever have before.
