Easy transition to a great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded 2 Note 10+ phones to the Galaxy S23+ to get 5g service, ensure security updates, and the other feature upgrades. With 2 new grandkids, we both really like the cameras, and the 5g service is noticeably faster. I really appreciated the smooth transition process, easily moving all of our data from old to new, including contacts, pictures/vidoes, and files. And then easily wiping the phones for return in the included packaging and return label. There was a slight glitch activating the phones, but a tech at a local retailer quickly resolved it.

Not as good as other Samsung phones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always owned a Samsung phone and I must say I love them. I have had several Notes. This time around I opted to go not go for the Ultra (which would compare to the Note) because I wanted a smaller phone. I was quite dismayed that the smaller 23 version was not available with more storage space which left me no option but to go for the 23+. I'm not impressed with it quote honestly. I feel it has many glitches and if I wasn't tied to it for a little while, honestly I'd exchange it. I have to say it's not the best phone ever. For being the latest and greatest it definitely was not the best.

Perfect Size For Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is just what I needed. I had an S-10e and as I am elderly, my dexterity has suffered somewhat. Two things make this 23 plus better for me...first the slightly increased screen size makes it easier to touch the desired characters of the keyboard and secondly all the controls are on one side! Just as they should be. Oh, and one more thing: I got a Galaxy 5 watch also and the combination of the two makes my life much easier tracking my health with the Samsung Health Application (which became necessary after my recent heart attack).
