Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My S23 plus is GREAT DEVICE in keeping with all that I expect from a Samsung. Stable operating system with no crashes or hiccups and easy to keep up to date. Automation for system updates and maintenance is stellar so far. Best upgrade so far.

New phone…whole new world!

Quick email checks, text messages…even updating health issues through my health system’s portal…oh yes, an occasional phone call! The best feature …the amazing camera…cannot believe the clarity and ease of use. Any trepidation I had about upgrading disappeared with 1. Ease of data transfer …2. Long battery life 3. Simplicity of use.
Yes I Wordle and do Words with Friends…the screen size makes this easy….and I have used my Kindle app and borrowed books from my local library on it, and listened to an audio book.
I simply love this phone, and yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks!

The best phone I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the memory capacity: after I transferred the date from my old phone (& that phone had data from the previous phone, so it was 2 phone's worth of data) which was over 32, 500 plus screenshots, videos, pictures, etc: I still had tons of memory in my phone available. My old phone had very little storage (even with an SD card) & quit working properly. This Samsung 23 plus is AMAZING! My mom, grandmother & me feed the wildlife nearby: ducks, geese, turtles, fish & nutria rats (yes, I live in Louisiana). The first time I used the camera on this Samsung, my mom & I were astonished! It zooms up to 30 times! I was able to take pictures of the fish & turtles in the lake, under the water 😳 I zoomed the camera to the island in the middle of the lake & the pictures of the wildlife there were so crisp, you could even see the wrinkles in the feathers of a duck we named Grandmother Duck because she takes care of a goose with a broken wing that we call Broken Wing. I was able to zoom into the nutria rat tunnel to take pictures of the nutria eating the food we had thrown down there- without scaring it or disturbing it, but the quality was so wonderful that it looks like I was standing right next to it. My friends & family say the photographs are of professional quality because this phone is that great. The RAM & processing are amazing & the phone works lightning quick. There are so many wonderful features that I'm still discovering on this phone.

galaxy s23 have been improved a lots

My most unsatisfied part was that galaxy does not have smooth experience and battery life.
However, galaxy s23 plus changed my mind. When I compare galaxy to iPhone it is always user experience.
But I think galaxy is almost there. Keep doing what you guys are doing and I appreciate you guys are making this amazing product

Great all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it mainly for social media, e-mail and messaging. It is fast and the 5G works almost everywhere. It has great notification features. The battery goes for a long time before needing a charge, then it charges super fast. The screen resolution is superior to any other phone I've had. The only thing I wish was that it would be easier to silence the phone. Need to go 4 steps to do it.
