The health benefit keeping vitals upto date is a bonus, when the system update came threw it took seconds to process and install... Making hassels of updates smoother.

On my new Galaxy watch 7 even when I turn off the unit off for overnight. Once I start changing it. I will turn on the watch even if I turned off previously. That's the only thing I don't like about it. I'm happy with the other functions.
