Used my phone to count steps but noticed I did more walking when my phone wasn't on me. It's only been 2 days since my purchase but so far so good. Wished the battery lasted longer.

Although the 5 and 7 look very similar to one another, the quality of life is definetely worth upgrading to because the 7 now allows you to interact instantly without the need of having to wake it up first. That and the speed of the new processor makes it feel seamless. It's a small upgrade but it makes having this watch much more useful and carefree
