[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Tune Flex - comfortable and easy to turn the noise canceling feature on and off (do 2 taps on the left ear bud to toggle on/ and off). Connected via Bluetooth easily on the first try, when connecting to my Motorola phone with Android 11. Comes with attachments that can be changed to fit the user’s size and feel preferences, which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product a week ago now, and I have to say the reception is amazing! Very clear, the bass is definitely present, I would have liked for the volume to go a little louder, but it is decent. The design is very nice, I would have rathered for them to be a little thicker in size. They do seem to slip out of my ears at times, so that is alarming, and could use some improvement there. But the overall quality and performance is pretty much unmatched!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the opportunity to use the new JBL Tune Flex earbuds for several weeks now, and without question these are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever worn. I know I should probably have started by talking about the sound quality first, and I will, but I don't want to understate how natural these earbuds feel when you're wearing them. They are extremely lightweight and perfectly designed to sit naturally in your ears. And after all, if the earbuds aren't comfortable you're not going to bother wearing them in the first place. But, about the sound quality… The sound quality is nothing short of spectacular. The highs and the mid-range sounds are clear and rich without being overly mellow or shrill. And the base, OMG, the base goes through you and almost knocks you out. I love being able to switch back easily between noise cancellation and being able to hear what's going on outside the earbuds. And what a powerful effect that is too. When you tap the earbud and engage noise canceling, you might as well be sitting in a sound booth. Almost nothing comes in from the outside. So, if you're wearing them while driving in your car, I would suggest not using noise cancellation, because it really works fantastically. If you listen to audiobooks, like I do you will really appreciate how realistic the sound is. The speaking voice is so natural and present it's almost like someone standing with you, reading to you. I find I usually get between 5 & 6 or so hours of continuous playing time. And when I'm wearing these earbuds, I wish I always had six hours or more to listen to my music and my books.

As always, JBL Delivers with the Tune Flex

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the JBL Vibes for a couple years now and have been happy with them, but have been working in an 'open floor plan' office a couple of days a week recently and have been wanting to try some noise cancellation to tune out a lot of the distractions. I'm a bit late to the noise-cancellation earbuds scene, but these have been a game changer for me.
Been using them for a few weeks now and my biggest takeaway compared to the Vibes is how helpful they've been for my attention. In the past I've just thrown on some loud metal music and pumped up the volume to drown out the waves of noise and distraction. Being able to listen to mellower music without having the drone of a dozen or more other people chattering about has been nice.
I saw them featured, but I didn't think I'd end up using the ambient aware/talkthru features as much as I have been. It's a really nice quality of life upgrade for me. My biggest hesitation to going with noise cancelling buds has been about using them in public if I'm out riding or skating (or when someone in the office gives me the ole shoulder tap), but being able to quick-tap to change back and forth between the settings is great.
I have slightly smaller ear canals, so I didn't really need to use the sealing rubber tips that came with it, but I tried them anyway and am pretty glad I did. I've never had a problem with my Vibes falling out, but if I was moving around a lot I'd have to adjust them occasionally. I ended up trying the small tips and it prevented the buds from shifting around. They block out a little bit of noise, but with the hear-through features it doesn't really matter. Compared to the Vibes, the ability to swap out the tips will probably make these headphones a lot more comfortable/stable for folks who have more real estate to fill up.
As for the audio quality, it's great as always. I've noticed these have a little more bass than my Vibes. I'm not by any means a bass junkie, but the added low end has been nice...and not overpowering like I've experienced in wired headphones that tout 'improved bass.'
The other nice feature compared to the Vibes is being able to download the app and customize settings. Game changer for someone like me who likes to tweak things around a lot.
Overall, I'm stoked on them so far. Battery life is great, I can run them most or all of the day without even putting them in the case for a backup charge...but even if I do they charge up really quick.
My only sort-of complaint is that I have noticed that if the ambient aware is on and turned up it sounds like there's a river running in the distance. That can be a bit distracting if music isn't playing, but it's not a huge issue considering the noise cancelling feature is a tap away.
Overall, I'd highly recommend them. It's gotten to the point where there are TONS and TONS of options out there for wireless earbuds...seems like every time I watch a Youtube video there's someone shoving a new brand in my face. Call me brand fanboy or whatever, I've been one for 15+ years now, but it's nice not worrying about whether I'm rolling the dice on an unknown flavor-of-the-month brand who could fold overnight. Similarly, I've never felt like I'm overpaying...sometimes it seems like there's a brand-premium on similar options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for an outstanding performance to price ratio these will not disappoint, they provide comfort for long use as well as very good noise cancelling performance. They have a well balanced sound that can carry low bass very well without being over powering, the mids and highs are able to shine through creating a pleasure listening experience. The app is very user friendly and the equalizer is very good at dialing them in, able to adjust controls in app which is a very nice option. I definitely recommend these and will be enjoying them for a long time.
Pros: Light weight Solid battery life Usb-c Balanced sound Price Solid app Easy to grab Clear calls
Cons: No wireless charging No proximity sensor to pause music when removed Charging contacts are low in case which can be hard to clean Seal in ear can be difficult sometimes, will need to test all seals again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound good. Price was right. They feel ok on the ears. Bass sounds are average but it's a nice earbuds if you are using it to studyor just go for a jog. Only 4 stars because i don’t like the ergonomics of the case - it’s a bit bulky. Also, the tap controls on the headsets themselves I’m not really fond of. Overall small complaints.

Solid little earbuds with a better fit than most

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price, these are pretty solid little earbuds with decent sound. The multiple sized tips ensure a good fit for most ears. I like to listen to music and podcasts while running. Normally other buds normally will shake loose, these stayed secure with minimal adjustments. The sound while listening to music is really good in the mids and highs, but the base became a little distorted at times. The ANC was pretty average. The app is a nice touch and makes and adjusting the equalizer pairing easy. However I wish there were a few more preset equalizer options - perhaps that will come in a future update. The battery life is outstanding as I was able to get nearly 8 hours of use between charges. Overall, I was impressed by these little earbuds.
