[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ANC on the JBL Tune Flex is not as good as on some of the more expensive ANC earbuds, but it is still effective at blocking out background noise. The ambient sound mode is great for when you need to be aware of your surroundings, and the transparency mode is perfect for when you need to have a conversation without taking your earbuds out.
The JBL Tune Flex are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and they come with a variety of ear tips to ensure a good fit. The sound quality is good, with clear vocals and powerful bass.
Here is a more detailed look at the pros and cons of the JBL Tune Flex:
Some Strengths: Active noise cancellation Ambient sound mode Transparency mode Comfortable fit Good sound quality Long battery life Water-resistant Affordable price
Overall, the JBL Tune Flex are a great pair of true wireless earbuds for the price. They offer a lot of features, including ANC, ambient sound mode, and transparency mode, as well as a comfortable fit and good sound quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are small, cute and light weight than many other earphones I tried from JBL. Finally I have a cute little box to store all my different size ear buds. Thanks to JBL. The sound quality exceeds all its previous versions. It is crisp, clear and exceptional. There are buds for all ear sizes that makes them a great fit for the ears.

Barely had them a month and they don't work anymore.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. If the earbuds no longer charge, please try cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue remains, we'd like to work with you directly so we can isolate the issue, please contact our customer support.

not noise canceling, one broke lol

okay so i bought these like a month ago. one is entirely too quiet now, it barely cancels out noise, even if you choose the "noise cancelling" option. sound quality is pretty good, but its really not a great headphone. especially if you use headphones a lot. barely cancels out noise, one broke in less than a month.
Response from jbl.comBy Customer Support, Customer Support, December 25, 2023
Thanks for your question. We're here to help you with your JBL Tune Flex. To get the best audio response with the noise-canceling feature, choosing the right size of ear tips helps create a tight seal in your ears. Angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbud to fit securely. To further isolate where the low volume is coming from, try to connect the earbuds to a different device to see if it fixes the problem. In addition, the earbuds can be susceptible to moist or deep-seated dirt that blocks the screen of the earbuds. To reduce the likelihood of this issue, clean the earbuds by removing the dirt after each use, using a pointed toothpick to remove large amounts, and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these earbuds. Connective was quick and easy with my android phone. The sound was exceptional clear with the right amount of bass. Using the app made these highly adjustable to any user settings. With the included ear pieces. Made them customizable to all ear.

These are great! I like how they engage when I take them out of their case. I haven't had an issue with them falling out but haven't used fr exercise yet. Stays charged for two or three days. Easily paired up initially. Controls on the earbuds pause music and hang up phone calls.

Amazing Headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gotta say, I own several headphones from different major companies and these are more expensive than the Tune Flex but somehow I found myself using The Tune Flex more often than the others, you'll see why.
The sound coming from the Tune Flex is amazin, it goes higher than other brands, crispier, the bass is there, I mean, it's really there, you can feel it like you are wearing those big headphones over the ear, which is rare for this type of product when considering that most of these headphones don't use that feature due the small size but somehow the JBL Tune Flex manages to bring it here and it's great, really great, hearing music with this headphones is a pleasure to your hears.
Another feature that really impress me is the Noice Cancelation and the ANC, they work really well for a headphone that is already cheap, much better than other expensive headphones I own.
The battery running time is more than amazing, I've been spending hours listening music while studying, receiving phone calls and I haven't seen the battery levels going below 80%, this is remarkable.
Another great thing is the app, it's so user friendly, easy to navegate and with a lot of options, it's really a pleasure to be able to select different hearing styles so easily on the equalizer, the music hits different with each one and this is something you don't see in other apps. Regarding the app, I have only one complain and it is within the equlizer itself, there are arrows pointing left and right that allows you to select the style of equlizer you want to use, that's fine but the problem comes when you reach the last selection, there is nothing that tells you that you have reached the end, at least one of the arrows should desapear or a pop up telling you "you cannot proceed further" for example.
Regarding the case, it's very small, smaller than the other headphones I own and that's a very good thing, I can my JBL every I go, I can barely feel then in my pants, although I have a couple of small complains, one is the headphones are kinda difficult to get them out of the case and the second is related to that, most of the time you press a button on the headphones when taking them out of the case which make them change their default setting or last saved configuration.
In overall, the JBL Tune Flex makes wonder considering the price, they do a much better performance than more expensive brands. I look foward to see more JBL products on the future since it shows they really care to bring an optimal customer experience.

Not good

My wife got these as a present for our anniversary. This is the worst pair of wireless head phones I’ve ever had. They stay connected to your phone even when in the case which if you don’t notice will just drain the battery, and forces you to just turn your Bluetooth off. The ambient noise canceling doesn’t do much of anything. Lastly even if you turn off all the motion controls such as the tapping the ear phones to pause or skip song, completely turn them off in the settings, if something is pressing them for longer than about 10 seconds or so it will disconnect them completely and will have to completely restart the connection process in the app. So good luck using them if you lay on your side for exercises or your headphone is touching your pillow. I dislike these so much. Only reason for two stars is because the sound quality and adjustable settings are great.

We understand that your JBL Tune Flex didn't meet your expectations. We're here to help. For ambient noise, ensure that you have the correct size of ear tips for your ears, as a proper seal can significantly improve noise cancelation. For the Battery draining and motion control issues. We recommend doing a factory reset. To do this, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. It's necessary to forget the name of the earbuds from the previously connected device before connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.
