Hard to navigate/purchase ink

I have never visited a site that made it so hard to purchase ink cartridges. When I proceeded to cart the site just stalled out in a spin like it was confused. How simple can it be to just purchase ink cartridges. Then the bot kept popping up wanting me to talk to it, like it was going to solve all the problems. These sites do not want to deal with a bot or talk to a bot online and I do not want to deal with a bot either. The reverse is true also. I'm sorry to say I still have not been able to purchase and probably never will. Not my
