The app to control these is SO HARD to figure out how to use I ended up just getting Corsair fans because user interface is was easier to control. I couldn’t figure out the aura sync stuff.

Dear Misskittybri,

Thank you for your comment.

We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing difficulty using the application to setup the RGB lights on these fans. To setup the RGB lights successfully, you need to use the Aura Sync within the Armoury Crate utility software. The most current version is posted at: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury%20crate/helpdesk_download/ . Additionally, your PC meets the system requirements of the application and no potential software conflict exist. Should you need further assistance with the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help. Or, you are most welcome to call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent from the link: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/1135/.

Thank you for choosing an ASUS product.

Regards,

Rodel

Fans and leds work and look great. But they should put down that the leds should be connected to a 5v rgb or argb header. The argb header on my motherboard is 12v and blow the leds on the first set of fans i ordered.
