Not So Great Product

This promised to be a great product, but had an issue. The jack did not connect with ports as it is designed to, causing faint sound through only channel. I tried it with three different devices to determine if maybe the issue would have been the port of the first device I plugged it into. I got the same issue across devices. For that reason, I returned the item for a refund. Furthermore, buyers be mindful that the earpiece is for small ears, not for average adult size ears.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
