Finally a sharp pizza cutter that is able to cut through even the thickest of crusts. The pizza wheel is extremely sharp, but Zwilling designed a finger guard to make sure that only your pizza gets cut and you are safe. I also use this pizza cutter to cut my children’s pancakes, it gets the job done quickly so we can all enjoy hot pancakes. Overall this is an amazing pizza cutter!

Not Just for Pizza

I use this, of coarse, for cutting pizza but I use it for baking most of the time. It works really well for cutting dough. It made from 18/10 stainless steel for won't rust or tarnish. It even goes in the dishwasher.

Through Thick and Thin

This sharp pizza cutter can wheel its' way through any style crust: thick or thin. Also great for portioning quesadillas, cookie cakes, baking dough, etc. Comfortable rounded handle and safety guard assist with precision cutting. Stainless steel is dishwasher safe.

Stainless steel has a great weight and is very comfortable to use. The sharp blade easily slices through our homemade pizza but it's also awesome for cutting thin strips of pastry dough for baking. Durable and dishwasher safe.

Good size wheel

Some cutting wheels are too small and some are too big. But this one is juuusssstttt right. Good proportions of handle to the cutting blade. The quality steel means this blade will stay sharp even as it cuts hundreds of pizzas. It also terrific at cutting pastry doughs.

This is one of those tools that you don't realize how poorly your old one is performing until you replace it with a new one. Of course Zwilling knows what they're doing when it comes to providing the best in cutting technology and this pizza cutter is no exception. It is super sharp and I barely need to apply any pressure to cut through my pizza. Is also handy for quesadillas and dough. Stainless steel goes through the dishwasher and comes out great.
