Pleased so far, sounds great, connects to my iPad and iPhone quickly. My only complaint is that it falls over backwards pretty easily, not really a problem, just a minor annoyance.

OK speaker, BAD company

Speaker is fine, BOSE is the problem. As owner of 2 of the previous iteration of PA systems (L system model II) I will tell you that they no longer carry the proprietary and ONLY cables usable to connect bass modules to their system. Product is less than 5 years old. This is bad business on the part of BOSE and why I will likely not purchase any further BOSE merch. Oh yeah, and they ditched all the support for the WAVE systems as well. Leaving previous customers high and dry is usually not a good long term corporate strategy.

Awesome speaker, great sound. One problem, it seems to take a couple to a few attempts to get it to turn on and stay on, not sure why that is. Other than that, super great speaker!
