I don't understand why they wouldn't include this from the start, and it's odd that they bundle an extra piece with it (one is for the p340 tower, the other is for another unit, so you won't use both) but it works!

I love the outstanding level of quality engineering and manufacturing for this heat sink and mounting kit. The mount is simple, yet precise, and works so easily while still keeping the SSD very secure. The heat sink kit is equally simple to install, and the aluminum heat sink is of substantial size to dissipate heat from my high-end SSD's.
I highly recommend going this route for the fastest HD performance with the highest level of reliability.
