Ample protection!

Has a load of features (management, hot swappable batteries, etc) and provides the protection my customers require. Like that you can select what does and doesn't get power if loss of power occurs.
Pros: Good Value, High Quality, High Confidence Level in 24/7 Uptime

We use these in our office at most of our workstations. Plenty of power & outlets for most, unless you've got a massive multimedia setup at your desk. Great looking units - the LCD display is clear and easy to read - just enough information not to overwhelm.

I bought the APC Power-Saving Back-UPS Pro 700 to use on my home network including my computers, security system, video cameras and phone system in case of a power outage. I perform monthly tests to see how long my network will stay active by removing power. The 700 meets and exceeds my requirements of supplying power for my network with over 30 minutes of battery backup power.

Replaced an older UPS for home desktop and large monitor. Loved the idea of monitoring software and LCD screen display on UPS. (Shows 96 watts / 30 min). Came with a detailed QA test taped to the unit, which made me feel like APC knows what they are doing. No problems with battery charging and setup. Replaceable battery is a big plus for me. Looks like this is a winner!
