I used this product for a couple of years, then, unfortunately it died overnight. The company was kind enough to replace it quickly, at no charge, with a 500VA unit. That has been working just fine. I've always been very pleased with TrippLite products.

Thank you Tripp-Lite. The Internet 750U Has saved me a many times this winter and with more winter storms on the way I'm sure it will far surpass it's predecessors. The 750U prevented my home from filling up with smoke from my new pellet stove. My pellet stove requires a battery backup in case of power failure. It kept the fans running preventing smoke from filling up the room. Thank you Tripp-Lite

We haven't had a storm-caused power outage since I started using the unit, but everything stayed on (two computers, wireless router, modem, monitor) when I pulled the plug on the Tripp-Lite as a test. I suspect that it has mitigated some power flickers, which normally cause one or both PCs to reboot; we've had plenty of thunderstorms when such flickers are common, and both PCs have stayed up 24/7. Wish I'd sprung for a UPS years ago.

This product works pretty well. Since plugging it up we have had two power outages and it's been about a month. The first time everything went out except the TV and Playstation which were connected to the Internet Office Battery Back up. We just turned those off ourselves just in case. The second time we didn't even know that the power had went off until the Battery Back up went off. We were in the middle of a game and were able to shut down the Playstation safely
