The box appeared to be factory sealed, however the product in side had clearly been repackaged. The cords were all wadded up, twist tie was reused. I didn't appreciate being mailed someone else's reject item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is great and the microphone produces clear and crisp audio. The pads over the speakers are soft, but they are not bulky, and that makes the headphone comfortable to wear. The height adjusts so you can adapt them to your particular head size. The microphone pivots out of the way and is made of a flexible "bend and pose" type of material so you can easily adjust how close you want it to your mouth. The box comes with an adapter/splitter as well for devices that require a separate headphone and microphone connection. The unit worked right out of the box and did not require any additional set-up with my device.

Unfortunately, it has a tendency to slide off my head; and it can be difficult to get the speakers properly aligned over the ears. Other than that, mic quality is average and sound quality is average.
