The earpads are very comfortable and the headset is sufficiently adjustable to work with my small head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nicely made but for me I have two problems. The Ear Cups do not swivel and tent to slide off as you ears are not Flat against you heat and they barely expand enough to come down over my ears if I have it on over the top os my head. I hve to have them a little to the back which also compromises the fit and when I do that the Mike has a stop that wont let it come down to my mouth easily. OK for short meetings but would be uncmfortable for a long meeting for me.
