I like the computer overall, but there are some strange software problems and the usual assumption that you don't really need a printed manual or any indication of where to find help on the internet. The "action keys" that are supposed to control screen brightness don't do anything, no matter how many accessory keys are placed. And of course the usual approach of having a screen brightness bar in the Settings area is totally missing, that was just too ordinary for HP. Even my IT specialists are stumped.
