[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great mouse when it was working properly. Lightweight and comfortable (right hand), and very easy to switch between two Bluetooth devices. I like that there is no dongle to use, or lose. Quick to charge and rarely needed to be charged.
I was pretty frustrated that only after a couple months of light use, it started to have issues with Bluetooth connection. It would disconnect from my new ThinkPad, then it would either not be discoverable, or if it was, it would have an error when attempting to reconnect. Recharging, restarting, removing device, etc etc. did not help. It may have been able to reconnect after trying various fixes, but only for a short period of time; would disconnect when laptop was on standby.
Even more frustrating, trying to register this device online and via chat was no use as nothing and no one would recognize the serial number, and I tried various possible combinations using the displayed numbers on the mouse and the box it came in, just to be sure. So at this point, getting help with this mouse has been extremely difficult. I would love a replacement as I'm sure this is a one-off, but hasn't been a great experience thus far..

I had a defective laptop when it arrived. Tech support said they would email us a return label and we could send it back for a new one. Lenovo never emailed it and when we followed up they said we couldn't be serviced by tech support it had to be customer service. When we called customer service they said it had to be dealt with by tech support. We bounced around for three hours until finally some one was knowledgeable enough to assist us. That took another hour and now we are sending the machine back for a refund because they wanted to sell me a more expensive unit with fewer features and I couldn't handle the poor customer performance. I've purchased a number of units for the office and never experienced this terrible service before. Sad!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
