This backpack is a good looking functional pack. my 15.4" laptop fits snugly. There's is room for papers, mouse and power cord in the main compartment.

This is much lighter than my large travel bag and I am pleased. It doesn't hold as much or as many pockets, but it is much lighter. I do recommend the bag for this type of purpose. When I'd travel then I'd use the larger bag, but this is a great daily backpack to transport a laptop.
