[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A decent laptop bag need not be pricey. This is sufficient enough for office or student use. No water bottle holder on the side? I would not have bought it if there is one. The design without it was made for it’s simplicity and elegance which I like. I highly recommend this bag.

Cheap construction, absolutely no support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of these bags -- for my wife and son for Christmas. My son's bag seems to be holding well enough, except that the zipper handle broke off very shortly after he got it and we only just discovered this a few weeks ago. To my chagrin, it appears that you can't get any sort of support online to look into options for warranty repair or replacement. I dug for 30 minutes and found absolutely nothing regarding backpacks or totes or any other similar products. Beware when purchasing non electronic accessories through the store -- you will likely find it impossible to find any way to find online support for it. The product description for this product does not list the warranty period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
