The padding is a tad light-weight. This is a plus because the bag is not heavy, but a minus because it feels like it doesn't add that much cushion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's got a nice compartment for my 15" laptop which fits with no problem. Secures it with velcro, so that's nice. Also fits a 1" binder, a notebook, headphones with a bulky headphone case, an eReader, a laptop charger, and a wallet with no problem. Only thing it's missing would be a water bottle holder.
