Looks nice from the outside and the handles have enough wide and cushioned not to dig into your shoulder. Tons of space inside for anyone that wants to travel light with a few items and their laptop to avoid paying those carry on fees.

They was exactly 1in less than the exact maximum size for personal carry on Frontier Airlines to fit under seat. It carried my computer, cables, winter coat ,underware, personal, clean kit. It easily carried everything and best it saved me $80 carry-on fee. Its really a nice bag and well constructed
