[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good, structured backpack. It has many compartments which is great. I bought it to use for travel as a personal item and it was a bit small. But if you use it for its intended purpose as a laptop bag then this is a great bag. Note: the ‘black’ color is actually more like dark grey in real life.
