I bought last week and still can't get my setting correct. The pitch won't change and the font keeps moving and the paper loads to far, that it skips lines. Not happy at all. Yes, I downloaded the manual ALL 168 pages, and I have wasted several hours trying to fix this. I will NOT recommend this printer. I have been trying to find a phone # to speak with a person, but it seems that it doesn't exist.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
