[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After getting the pen in the mail, it works immediately with my laptop. All I had to do was put the battery (they included) in the pen and begin writing. There is no need to fiddle with Bluetooth and struggle to connect it among all of the other wireless devices. I like that I am able to program the two buttons on the side to be the most helpful to me and what I am using it with (taking notes in class). The only way the product would be better is if it came with a set of replacement pen tips!
