The only downside is not being able to control the "beeps" when turning off the power to the device.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Good Power Output, Good instructions that are easy to follow, Long Battery Life, Quiet Operation, Reliable, Small Footprint

Great UPS for the price range. Good for hooking up a NAS and connecting USB cable to NAS so it will gracefully shutdown before UPS battery runs out. Works with QNAP NAS well..

Got this to back up my cable modem and wireless router so I wouldn't lose my VOIP phone service during a power outage. Since the current draw is so low on my modem and router, the 350VA rating is more than enough to keep things running for over 2 hours.
