No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a Logitech camera/mic for the last ten years I decided to upgrade to a lenovo unit when I purchased a new P15 Laptop.....and the difference is quite pronounced....both in image quality and sound. Very pleased with both of my new Lenovo upgrades!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cam to use with windows hello. It works well, just has to placed where it views my face upon start up. I used to to make a video call and the quality was great. Audio quality was good as well, sounded good on the other end. Video picture quality was as good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice webcam, works with Windows Hello unlocking. Has the physical privacy slider which is nice. It also has a stereo mic for video calls. My only issue with it and some might not have an issue with it, but when I am playing a game where the microphone is always active, this webcam has the bright white light shining in my face even though the camera isn't in use. Logitech webcams I've had, the activity light only goes on when the camera is in use, not the microphone. Webcam uses USB-C cable and is a decent length.
