I recommend these for most of my SMB phone system customers

This is a great fit for a 15-30 minute runtime for small (<60 user) phone systems supporting digital sets. I would recommend a larger capacity UPS if supporting IP sets running off of a co-located POE LAN switch due to the additional power draw.

So far Smart Pro 120 1kVA 800 W installation has gone very well. Just hope they last longer the smart1500 that failed after two years. It is really too soon to know whether I would recommend to a friend:)

Replacement Rack UPS

One of our APC units died for the second time in 2 months. I was recommended this unit by my Zones Rep and so far so good. My only complaint is it did not ship with an option to mount on square 4 post server rack mounts...

It was working for many years but then battery started to die one after another. Well it was good device and I liked it performance and a lot of features in built-in web interface. Though improve batteries' lifetime would be nice. Still pretty nice product for it's price.

easy to install on our rack/love the easy access to the batteries when you need to replace them/the scrolling display takes away any question of what "idiot lights" mean and is in plain english.
