Transfer speed to 4MBS after 50% full

Disappointed in this card since I needed a fast transfer 32GB for the car audio files. Started out OK but at 50% went to 4MBS on a high-end desktop with proper hardware.
Tried another 32GB brand and starting speed was the same on write to the very end with no slow down. Appears some of the card has different/lower memory specs.
WD has always been my go-to brand but these 32GB ones do not function properly. Suggest you go to a 128GB card and format it to FAT32 with special software. BTW the light Blue 32GB USB sticks were excellent.
