Family no longer complain

The perimeter suction design with grease catching panel filter can really trap the high smoke and smell from my high heat stir fry. My family no longer complain the smoke and smell anymore. I really like the stream cleaning function, it only takes 3 minutes to finish the cleaning. This self cleaning can keep the range hood at the top performance. Watching the cleaning process and result has a soul smoothing effect on me.

Great DIY hood

This hood is a great addition to our home. The suction levels are awesome and eliminate smoke and food odors from spreading. The perimeter design works effectively with ranges that have large burners in the front. I have an LG range with a 22k BTU burner in the front, this model provides sufficient coverage for this burner as well.
I like the clean aesthetic and functionality.
I think the installation instructions could be better, it is very challenging to screw this to the cabinet (especially the back left screw near the wiring, this one is very close to the wire). I think having a nut and bolt design would be better.
