Fantastic product except for…

Bought this range hood 2.5 years ago and absolutely love love love this product. However that said, the plastic water tray for cleaning is junk. It has cracked so bad that it is unusable. Now this is kept in a cupboard with no ther products in its box. Just plain cheap plastic until you need to replace it, then it is silver lined. Beautiful range hood except for this one issue. Maybe use a higher grade of plastic or sheet metal? Would last forever then and I could upgrade to 5 stars!

We've been using this range hood since our remodeling a few years ago and are very happy with it. It's slick design fits perfectly with our new kitchen. It has powerful suction and yet still reasonably quiet. It's easy to clean, an important feature for home range hoods! 👍😀 I definitely recommend it!

Just installed it, so time will tell how it works.
It was surprisingly heavy (which I guess speaks to the quality components) but there was no paper template with holes so you can tell where it will line up... that would have been appreciated. Holding that sucker in place to mark the holes is no easy task.
It also has an on/off button but I don't know what for... it can be "on" with all the lights & fans off, so... what is "on" exactly?
Oh, and the incessant beeping... my goodness. No way to turn it that off, apparently.
But the fans are quiet, and with six speeds that's even better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely love this fan! It works great and is so quiet on the low settings which are great for most every day cooking situations. As an unexpected bonus we use on high settings to air out the whole house quickly with a few windows open. The lights are great as well and provide excellent visibility. The installation guide was helpful - the biggest challenge was cutting a new hole in our cabinets but the included template made that process as easy as possible.

PS38 Hauslane rangehood

I really like my new ps-38 rangehood. After I did the auto self clean for my ovens yesterday, the hood sucks all the smoky smell out of the kitchen in just a few minutes. The lighting is very pretty. Hauslane support was good when we found that the little flaps that are attached to the hood duct were broken on arrival. They shipped me two new replacements. I have not figured out how to use the water tray to do steam cleaning yet. Wish they can send me a good video on how to do it.

New Hauslane Range hood

Range works really well. It is quiet at low fan speed and it really moves fumes and steam out. I used to get condensation in windows when I cooked a lot, now they stay clear!!

Awesome customer service. Our vent - hood is out of warranty and we needed to replace the rubber gasket in the fans. I emailed Haualane and received a very quick response. Long story short they are sending me the replacement part at no charge. Who does that. Great customer service.
