Great Customer care...

I am happy with the product. of course it is going to be super heavy because of the suction power and the motor. I am fine with that. When I was cleaning the range hood and putting back the fan, the screw that holds the fan to the motor cracked the metal and won't fit. Called up customer service and they took care of it really fast. They did mention it is not quite common but was very supportive and sent me another fan.The only thing I do not like or I can tell it does not work is the auto clean feature. the problem with that is the pan where you put in the clean water and the connection between the pan and the unit does not secure well that it does not get a good suction to pull the clean water to perform the auto clean. I wish if there was a solution for that, this would be a fantastic product.

Powerful, Quiet, and Great Looking

We suffered from a microwave with built-in vent for many years before finally deciding to upgrade to a real range hood. After looking around we decided on the Hauslane based on specs and reviews. I am so glad we bought it. It works great, is super quiet, and looks wonderful. I love how much power it has. Also, we lost the tray for the autoclean function their customer service was great. They quickly sent us a replacement at no charge. Stop deliberating and get this one.

Wish it was quieter. But it does what it needs to and that is it sucks the air. The best feature is the Auto Steam clean. Makes it really simple to wipe off the grime. Looks ultra modern and sophisticated. Bought this about a month ago. Hope it holds up well. And yes, you need to put a junction box to plug the unit into.

This hood fit into the opening better than the first one I tried

I must point out this hood replaced the horrible GE microwave/exhaust hood that came with our new home. The GE didn't microwave well or exhaust the cooking fumes from our gas range. This flaw resulted in our smoke alarm going off frequently which was quite loud.

Great Product and Great Support!

The hood vent absolutely rocks! It can REALLY move air! I hate the smell of fish cooking and my wife used the fan on high. The odor was barely noticeable! It is easy to install and update the clock as well. It looks great with the other stainless steel appliances too. To top everything off, the customer support is outstanding as well. Stanley was very accommodating with timely responses to my questions and gave me the answers I needed. This purchase was well worth the money spent!
