Does a great job removing odors, oil and vapors

I have had this vent hood for over a year now and am very satisfied with the product. It does exactly what it it supposed to do, it powerfully sucks out all vapors, odors, and oil droplets, even with heavy cooking. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the controls are a little impractical (for example, you can't turn the fan off with one tap without also turning the light off, unless the fan is on the lowest setting) and that the self-cleaning feature is not effective.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does its job well, great suction

I have had this hood for about a year and have been very satisfied with its function. It has a powerful suction and keeps the cabinets, walls, and ceiling of the kitchen free from grease deposit even with heavy use of the stove. The self-cleaning feature is not very effective, so that we clean it manually, which is quite a job. Overall, I am very happy I bought this vent hood.

Good vent hood

Really good unit, takes the smell out of the air (I do have it vented to the outside of the house). Good lighting, good design for cleaning the metal parts. I have not steam cleaned the fans yet so I can't answer that. Also, the clock runs fast but I have multiple other clocks in the kitchen so I don't use that one.

Fairly easy to install (I was able to do it by myself but would recommend help) and EXCELLENT airflow! Open a window or door and turn it up, and the exhaust coming out the side of the house is like an industrial fan. Lighting is extremely bright, but not adjustable (brightness or direction), but far superior to the dim lighting on a combo hood. I would highly recommend this hood if you fry anything on a regular basis, or just cook a lot at home.

I went from a over the range microwave with a vent that wasn't ducted to this hood. The microwave had two speeds, loud and very, very loud. Speed loud didn't do anything but on very, very loud..... it also did nothing. The first time I used the hood I deep fried some fries under it. The house had no smell whatsoever. It looks beautiful and it really isn't any louder than the microwave I had, maybe slightly quieter. I'm ok with the noise it makes because it is actually working. It captures smells, smoke or steam very well. I'm extremely excited to cook whatever I want all winter without having to open doors and windows! Great product!

Strong front burner suction

Just got it installed, everything is very smooth so far, a lot more quiet than my original microwave/hood combined for 2.5 time the suction strength. It is alot easier to install if you have 2 other helpers to hold it in place while you screw it in.
Here is the test video with full steam on front burner with highest setting, nothing is escaping, level 5 performed very similar too.
