Awesome kitchenhood

I was looking for a quality product with sleek design and CFM , while browsing I saw this Beautiful looking unit and it moves some serious air! My neighbours definitely know when and what I am cooking. Easy function and built very sturdy. The tray on the underside of the unit is held on by magnet and a slide in hinge and it sometimes vibrates which is annoying but you can get it to stop after a little fiddling. One thing I wish was an option is to hardwire the unit. I generally use it at mid speed and it is just fine. Still plenty strong enough to evacuate the smoke and smell of cooking. Happy with my purchase will definitely recommend especially for Indian type of cooking, or who ever cook with lots of spices

High filtration winner

We have had this Hauslane For one month so far. It works incredibly well compared to our prior stove hood. Two features I would like to highlight is the dimensions of the hood and how it covers the entire range and the filtration rate has which has cut down dramatically on kitchen fumes entering the kitchen.
I would make sure before you purchase and as you plan for installation Is that you make sure you know what kind of duct do you have and the kind of duct output from the model ,(circle only).

I am thrilled with the hood! Initially, the property had a generic microwave hood, usually installed in new homes, but it didn't meet our expectations. The Hauslane UC-PS38, however, is perfect. We hired a professional to install it, though we did encounter a minor issue finding the correct size at our local store, so we had to order it online.

I bought the PS38 during Black Friday. So far, it's working well - haven't tried the steam function yet though, which is what it's touted for. Not as easy to install as it looks in the video - it took us about 2-3 hours to install it. Fortunately, we had the proper tools on hand.
