All connections done through dock, ethernet functions perfectly, thunderbolt to my Lenovo ThinkVision 27 inch monitor delivers awesome view and the sound is good. Wireless USB hub in dock allows my keyboard and mouse to work with no lag, no loss of signal. The ability to remove my laptop power brick cleanups up my desk with less cable to arrange. This is how a thunderbolt dock should work, no additional input required by the owner, just pure satisfaction.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the decision to purchase this workstation dock. I previously had a dock from Lenovo, which only allowed for 1 monitor to be 4K. It worked well and I didn't notice the difference in resolution between my monitors, 4k vs 1080P. Now that I have the new dock, I recognize the noticeable improvement in my monitors that were using only 1080P and wished I had upgraded my workstation dock sooner.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 4 Workstation Dock is not cheap, especially when compared to other docking station makes/models, but IMHO still worth the money. I own 3 of these docking stations, two for my office plus one for when I travel. They work well, greatly reduce cable clutter, eliminate setup downtime, allows me to quickly plug in my laptop and resume work, wherever I happen to be. I like the special USB-C/power cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dock to partner with a ThinkPad P16 Gen 2 Mobile Workstation, it's been great. It certainly isn't cheap, but Lenovo always delivers a great product. The 300w power brick is big and heavy, but it's able to deliver the full 230w of power to the laptop when you're pushing the GPU and CPU on it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping to drive three monitors off the docking station. One 4k, and two 1080p monitors. But the 4K monitor refused to run HDR though the docking station, and has to be wired to HDMI on the laptop. The two 1080p monitors both have issues with waking up with the laptop, and the whole docking station has to be reset to get them to come up. While they work, they have graphical artifacts sometimes that make them distracting.
