[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thunderbolt docking station hooked up easily and immediately connected everything upon power-up. It was ready to go right out of the box. My only suggestion is to better coordinate the cord length with being able to sit the docking station next to the computer. The docking station is to sit forward, but the cable comes out of the side, forcing the docking station to be in a less than ideal position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivers in performance and size. I have this driving 3 x 4k monitors to my T480. It does the trick ,with 0 overheating. Fast ish sinuo/sync times when connecting. Mostly stable, has crashed desktop once. It might the best TB4 dock out there, but still lacks competition for now.
