I haven't been able to fully utilize this Dock yet or have a long term review but so far a 5/5. Big time saver for a Professional WFH setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used many different Thunderbolt docks for my workstation laptops over the years, but all have always had some issues and quirks which never seemed to get worked out fully. The experience was never fully there and I could never fully rely on them, until I got this one.. Lenovo nailed it with this dock! It works very well, and is super consistent and reliable. These guys are expensive, but well worth it considering it will "just work". Very happy overall, love this dock!
