I was looking for a good top-loading bag for work, this one fits the bill. It's thin, light, the strap is good. It fits the accessories I need: mouse, charger, pens, etc. It also has a divider to keep my tablet and computer separate. I recommend this bag.

The shoulder strap is handy if you have to juggle several items it's possible to wear across the body and remain hands free. Excellent quality bag, would highly recommend.
