Instructions - Very user friendly, indicates aspects of the coffee maker
Usability - Very easy to use when making multiple cups of coffee for family and parties, very sleek looking appearance and blends nicely into our kitchen,
Clean up - Easy to clean after using it, no issues
definitely recommend to friends! it is very durable and this brand is well known in Japan. I am very happy I got it.

Nice coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice coffee maker. I hadn't heard of this brand before, but it has nice high end features. It has a glass carafe that can make 12 cups of coffee. I like the taste tuner feature that you can experiment with to get your exact preference for the strength of your coffee. I like that the lid opens very wide so it is easy to fill. It even came with a coffee scoop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Regular or bold coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A coffee maker that gives you the option of regular or bold is definitely a plus! Especially for people like me who loves choices. Some days I feel a little more sluggish than others and those, of course, are the days that I use that good old bold button that most old school coffee makers didn’t have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this coffee maker a few days ago. The instructions were easy to read and understand how to use this product. For someone who loves coffee this is a blessing. Great temperature and makes a great tasting cup of coffee. Makes 12 cups of coffee.

It has a control to help modify the boldness which I love! I also like the shower dome for brewing as I feel this aids in the best flavor

Love the cold brew feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew Zojirushi had great rice cookers but this coffee maker is pretty good as well. I like that it comes with a coffee scoop so I don’t have to use one of my own measuring spoons. The taste tuner makes it really easy to adjust how strong you want your coffee. It allows you to brew up to 12 cups of coffee at a time or my favorite feature is that it even allows you to brew up to 8 cups of cold brew at a time. Is it BPA free as well so that gives me piece of mind. The only thing that it is lacking is the ability to set the pot overnight to brew so you wake up to a pot of coffee.

I'd recommend to anyone looking for a simple and easy to use/set up coffee maker. Great for our guest room.
