Misleading Advertisement

I bought the Xbox only coz I thought I would come with the 24 month game pass. As I got the Xbox I was really excited to play some games, but little did I know I was in for a surprise. The special offer is separate, you have to scroll down click on the special offer then view more again then scroll way down to click on a link to apply with RBC bank and they will ship you an Xbox for $35 a month for 24 months. So u r technically paying only couple of dollars less to get the game pass ultimate.

Misleading offer

We wanted the Xbox from best buy because of the all access offer. Turns out the special deal they offer is a 12 month financing at 0% interest. Was going to work out to something like $60+ a month for 12 months. Doesn't seem anything like a special rate. Had we known this we might have just paid more for the full Xbox then at least we can buy used games. We thought the rate monthly would be reasonable. Xbox also seems to be a bit complicated to set up for the first time.

The console says 500 gbs ssd but it only came with 355 gbs I would recommend buying this on a different site

I'd hoped this system would run better than our old ps4 and had high hopes. It takes ages to load, everything is always updating and most games crash or don't work. Forza horizons 5 crashes and hangs every single time it is played. Every time. Games randomly lose their saves or don't load at all. We've had it a year or more and I'd hoped it would get less glitchy but it has only gotten worse. I think Xbox has given up, and they should. Stop stealing people's money for this garbage.
