Flooded hardwood floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this unit installed on 12/19/25, It had a part that was damaged at the factory according to your technician that was sent out, and it flooded my kitchen floors that are all wood throughout. The repairs cost are going to be massive, we will be without access to our entire kitchen for I don't know how long. We have filed a claim with whirlpool. I hope you do what's right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hadn’t realized how much my old Whirlpool dishwasher had deteriorated in 13 years.
But this new one is amazing. The dishes are extraordinarily clean and dry. I don’t understand
how this dishwasher holds so much more that the old one that fits but fit the same space. And it’s not just
that this one has three levels versus the old one that just had two. I can definitely recommend.

Easy on features.

This new dishwasher blows all others I've used out of the water! Have used a number of Whirlpool appliances over the years and have NEVER been disappointed. Am very grateful, appreciative. Quite and plenty of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Have only had a few weeks but dishwasher is quite the dishes come out nice and clean. The door open function at end of cycle works good. The dishwasher has alot of space and the third rack is so nice to have.

Washes well and fairly quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an upgrade to our previous dishwasher. We like the stainless steel tub and third rack. The normal cycle with drying is almost an hour less than our previous dishwasher. We have laminate countertops and wanted to turn off the auto open door drying feature as to not damage our countertops. We also were not comfortable with producing heat and steam directly into our kitchen during hot humid months. This was a puzzle to figure out how to turn that option off even with the manual but we figured it out. It dries very well even with door shut. We like the unit so far.
