Beautiful keyboard, compatible with Mac OS and windows however the low profile and hyper sensitive keys made it near impossible to type a full sentence without having to correct mistakes. The case also does not sit flush over the keys, making it difficult to travel with keyboard. Defeating the purpose. It was hard returning this keyboard but I’m holding onto hope for an updated version that will surpass this one.

We do understand your disappointment with the keyboard and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing sensitivity issues with the keys. This keyboard comes with two dpampening foams for unprecedented typing experience. Allow some time to get use to the feel of the keys. Regarding the issue with the case, it comes with a protective hard plastic cover that fits over the top of the keyboard.
